water service on Melvin Hill Road in Spartanburg County and portions of

 Inman-Campobello
Water District
was created in 1954 to serve the residents
of the  immediate
Inman area. Since that time, the ICWD has expanded to provide
water service to customers from Campobello, in the north-western end of
the ICWD to the North Spartanburg area, one mile north of Business I-85.
